• Responsible for overall administration and accounts (Bookkeeping). Directly reporting to Regional Director.
• Managing accounts for the sister company also (Polysystem Gulf LLC.).
• Organizing miscellaneous accounts aspects (GL posting, Receivables & payables, Purchases, Do’s, Statement Analysis, L/C’s, Quotation, Sales Order, Invoicing, ).
• Controlling overall inventory for both companies (Receiving, Issuing, Costing, and Discounting).
• liaison with logistics, freight forwarders, couriers for the import and export. Initiating, conforming, and handling all types of imports and exports (FCL, LCL, Air & road freight). Having complete knowledge of documentation.
• General administration of office and warehouse. (Stock management, Record management, File management).
• Responsible for the comprehensive supervision and administration of the office.
• Successfully reduce 10% office expenses by controlling daily and routine expenses.
• Prepare balance sheets on monthly basis and stock reports.
• Assure implementation on rules and policies and coordinate with the management for improvements.
• Manage employee files and records, contracts and queries from employees.
• Managed the Filing, Record and security of documents.
• Managed the relation with clients and correspondence with the current clients.
• Bring potential customer in the branch and initiate loan application.
• After disbursement make sure that the product is delivered to the customer and open customer account in the branch for the repayment of the loan,
• Make, fill and maintain legal documents.
• Make posting of the disbursement and maintain the ledger.
• Increases sales up to 1 million many times (higher than target).
