Maintaining & analyzing KPI trend for Business Support systems and Telenor Financial Services i.e. Easy Paisa services
Monitoring IN & VAS outages and impact analysis of outages/ network issues
IN & VAS entities i.e. (SMSC, IN, VoMS, MMSC, ICS, RBT, SDP, WAPGW, SIP, Siebel & USSD) KPI reporting on daily/monthly/quarterly and annual basis with proper analysis

Provisioning of SMPP accounts & analyzing Daily Traffic for messaging systems
Subscriber Administration including activation, recreations and deletions of Subscribers on IN Platform
Customer Services complaints troubleshooting
Performing daily IN platform checks &
Daily Reporting
Monitoring @commander for all Platform related alarms
Daily reports of Vouchers and subscribers on Voucher Management System
Conducted many activities in co-ordination with vendor on @vantage Platforms including but not limited to:
Hot Patch Installation & BHCA alteration.
Subscribers Migration form one Platform to other.
Integration of new platforms with other related entities.
Crontab Modifications.
Creation and Deletion of C7 links of IN with STP.
