Job responsibilities include:
• Prepare, implement and review schedules, construction methods and procedures.
• Monitor activities of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with specification and procedures.
• Report project status, highlight plan deviations, analyse and anticipate potential problem areas
and recommend solutions or corrective measures.
• Coordinate with project manager, construction managers and all the stake holders to ensure timely completion of project.
• Manage labour and material requirements by co-ordination with supervisors.
• Prepare reports for safety issues at site
• Implementation of QA QC protocols and material testing

1. Work as an internee in the re-strengthening process of NAVAL HOUSING (May to June, 2012)
• Design the beams with re-strengthening material.
• Studied the applications of different products available for re-strengthening work.
• Studied the inspection and assessment methods of deteriorated structures and repair strategy.
• Studied the reasons of cracks formation in concrete and deterioration of steel.
• Studied the techniques of strengthening.
