Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations.
* As per the BOL, pull out the container from the port.
* Deliver the Empty container to SL.
* Handling the all Logistics data’s in ERP(Oracle) and also Documentation.
* Support to full Spectrum of import and export.
* Prepare documents such as invoices and delivery orders, packing list for
import and export deliveries.
* Plan the trucks as per ETA of Shipment.
* Follow up with customers to deliver the shipments and file closing.
* Track and keep records the shipments via System and Manually.
* Maintain the logs of containers, warehouse.
* Handling warehouse Operation with Warehouse Assistant.
* Assist with trucking department maintain the trucks records and solve
issues.
* Prepare Roaster & Time sheet for Logistics & Warehouse staffs.
* Maintaining the standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the
work environment.
* Ensure the Housekeeping of working environment and Warehouse.
* Process of Invoicing to the customers.
* Assist with Finance department, file closing the shipments.
* Perform Ad Hoc duties if required.
