• Responsible for issuing periodic reports that include the five year Business Plan, Operating Plan, Accountability and Monthly Management Information System (MIS).

• Use of SAP “ERP system” to create a solid financial database of all financial activities. In Addition to working professionally with SAP financial part, I got familiar with all modules that have direct impact on financial module.
• Prepared annual budget for operating and capital activities.
• Responsible for accounting activities that include GL transactions of the company, fixed costs, loans, employee’s accounts, payable accounts, customer accounts, cash flow, LCs and project contracts.
• Responsible for Forecast & Actual Cash Flows.
• Responsible for the Electronic Banking System and the reconciliations of accounts.
• Conduct reports on customer balances, fixed and variable costs for all cost centers, and product costs.
Accountant Responsibilities:
• Planning, Supervising and controlling all warehouse stock which includes raw materials, finish products and spares.
• Maintained warehouse data on ACCESS.
• Handled all Petty Cash transactions.
• Closing L/Cs & Purchase Orders.
• Responsible for Bank Reconciliations.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
• Controlling credits, making customers reconciliations & establishing customers’ payment plans.
• Responsible for all accounting circulation by leading & working with 5 accountants.
• Follow up on the Sales Tax Reports & Payments.
• Follow up on temporary stock entrance with Customs Department to ensure correct and clean record at them.
• Follow up on the monthly outgoings variable costs & incoming products.
• Prepare monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Auditing monthly salaries.
