Role:
- Responsible for sales of boilers, burners and steam equipment.
- Provide technical guidance for clients, idenfy new business opportunies, and negoate annual maintenance contracts.
- Follow up and coordinate ppm visits between clients and technical team, in addion to generang SVRs for boilers and burners .
- Perform site inspecon for potenal clients to idenfy their needs.
- Boiler house valves, pipeline and accessories selecon using latest design programs.
- Prepare a detailed bill of quanty based on a given scope of work.
- Cost and esmaon summaries including equipment, materials and labor charges.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Boiler house and steam Accumulators design as per Standards (Spirax Sarco).
• Steam Distribution piping design as per Standards (Ari Armaturen).
• Condensate removal and piping design as per Standards (Ari Armaturen).
• Heat Exchangers and stall Calculations (Spirax Sarco).
• Selection of steam control valves(ARI-MyValve).
• Heat Load Calculations as per Standards (ASHRAE).
• Ducting + Piping Design (ASHRAE).
• Pressure Drop Calculation in Ducts and Pipes.
• Inspect ongoing projects, Coordinate among disciplines & contractors.
• Evaluating, prioritising and implementing Project Management Plan to meet timeframe.
• Preparing detailed BOQ using Excel based on a given scope of work.
• Coordinate with other Building services like Electrical System, Fire Fighting System & Plumbing System.
