NOW IM WORKING IN HUTCHISON PORTS AS A
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR OF RTG SECTION PERFORM AND LEAD ALL MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE WORK AND TROUBLESHOOTING WORKS DURING OPERATION.
FROM (2017 TO 2022 )MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR OF GROUND EQUIPMENTS LIKE KALMAR(RS), KALMAR(EH), HELI FORK LIFTER(3 TONS AND 10 TONS), CHEERY PICKER, FOTON DEISEL BOWSER WATER BOWSER, TERBERG(INTERNAL TRUCK) AND ALSO GENERATORS.
5 years working in ships repair facility jubail from sep 2012 to july 2017.
here my responsibilities are
supervision of diesel shop
W6, W5, W4 maintenance of mtu and detroit engine and generators
calibration and facing of bosch fuel injection pump
daily meeting with production manager
make daily progress report
demand required parts
coordinate with the assit shop
after compiltion of job conduct sea trail and test engine, generators and other attached system with them controlable pitch propellar(CPP) and reduction gear etc
During this i worked on Karachi Port Trust ships, dragers, tug boats and pilot boat etc.
conduct W5 and W4 maintenance of generatos and engines after that test on sea trail
troubleshooting than repairing
make daily progress report
