• Ensure that the approved Project Quality Plan and SEC policies and procedures are fully immplemented and effective by regular surveillance at the project.
• Lead and co-ordinate Quality related activities on projects during various phases.
• Review the entire submittals i.e material, document, drawings to ensure it is fully in compliance to the project specific requirements & design.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors on technical issues, follow up on their submittals & approvals.
• Always maintained log file for QA documents for fast tracking, evaluation & follow up.
• Issuing corrective action request against any non-conformances to ensure immediate rectification and close out of non-conformances reports.
• Assist Project Management team on technical correspondence to all the stakeholders involved in the project.
• Participate in the QA/QC meeting with contractors to highlight any quality related issue.
• Participate in Project Progress Meetings with Client/Consultants and assist project management team on QA/QC related concerns.
• Preparation of QC Checklist & method statement for all activities involved within the project.
• Preparation of Concrete pour records & concrete cube testing records, evaluate, maintained & submit for consultant’s approval.
• Perform all test requirements assured by verifying record maintained.
• Maintains reports for all quality control related activities.
• Evaluate construction material testing results.

• Co-ordination with Consultant and Client on QA/QC related matters.
• Ensure that the Project Quality Plan is fully implemented & followed at project.
• Conduct QC inspection, co-ordinate & follow up with consultant’s engineer regarding the work inspection, maintain & updated IR record and ensure that each activity is inspected & approved by the consultant prior to proceed further work.
• Perform all test requirements, evaluate & update all test records.
• Attend Technical & Progress meetings with Client/Consultant & assist project management team.
• Review all technical submittals prior submission to consultant for approval & make sure that it meets all project specific requirements.
• Evaluate construction material testing reports.
• Follow up with independent lab on any project specific test requirement in co-ordination with consultant engineer to ensure his presence during test.
• Closely in connection with the procurement department to follow up all the purchases with vendors/suppliers.

• Supervision of the team staff including Field Supervisor, Safety Officers, Construction Foreman, Masson, Plumbers, Carpenters and other unskilled labors in terms of planning their daily activities, progress tracking and reporting.
• Submissions & follow up of the work inspection request.
• Co-ordinate & follow up with consultant’s engineer for work inspection request on day to day basis.
• Co-ordinate with testing laboratory for site testing.
• Co-ordinate with logistic department and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of required material at site, identification & allocation of space/area for dumping out the material.
• Preparation of Bar-Bending schedules.
• Preparation of material requisitions & follows up with purchase department as well as with supplier to ensure on time delivery & to avoid any delay to the work progress.
• Daily reporting to the project management on work progress & raise written notification to the management on any obstacles / requirements.
