Monthly production reporting of plan Vs Actual tempo analysis. ▪ Line balancing of production lines using the AviX software. ▪ Material flow improvement and defining packaging standard SOP’s. ▪ Responsible to check and approve process changes. ▪ Responsible to monitor monthly requirement and inhouse capacity of plant and outsource if required. ▪ Creating Technical Specification sheet, getting quote and making justification document for the investment from CAPEX. ▪ Responsible for project like Hex Line Relocation, New warehouse for Tv plants, Change room for TV production, eva coating room etc. ▪ Responsible for updating master layout of factories using AutoCAD. ▪ Responsible for the study of company expansion project and feasibility.

Responsible for the installation and commissioning of new machines (For Premix Line). ▪ Creating layout on AutCAD and getting approval of process flow. ▪ Maintain all engineering SOPs and ensure compliance. ▪ Responsible for new Machines FAT. ▪ Responsible for IQ and OQ of new machines

Maintenance and inventory management through SAP Maintenance Module. ▪ Responsible for breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance of production machines. ▪ Managing staff & inventory through effective coordination with upper line management. Avoiding iterative failures by root cause analysis of machines ▪ Developing and executing plans & SOP’s for maintenance and troubleshooting of machines ▪ Effective coordination with concerned departments to resolve non-conformity that arises during internal and external audits
