− Reported to the Trade channel manager, lead a force of 16 salesmen(13 salesmen in West and 3 salesmen in South), 4 supervisors and two unit managers (West and South), and 25 merchandisers.

ــ Responsible to build business in my area.
ــ Ensure that sales team possesses acceptable levels of knowledge and skills. To plan organize and control the activity of the sales force in achieving, display, and quality objectives.
ــ Manage the activity plan every month and implement it in the market with the customers and sales team.
ــ Daily discussion with team about last day sales figures.
ــ Daily discussion with team for MTD performance against target.
ــ Make sure all sales representatives are out and in the market by 9:00 AM.
ــ Establish a daily control process to keep returns at less than 2% of total sales by reducing over stocking and dumping, and by making sure that all sales orders are balanced (SKUs) and matched to the customer’s total potential.
ــ Monitor the listing of all SKUs in all key outlets, and revise and validate justifications for outlets with limited listings.
ــ Responsible for achieving national sales target.
ــ Responsible for tracking Sales Budgets & Expenses on monthly basis, and making sure not to surpass the set budgets by branch by account.
