RFI preparation, concept stage modeling and shop drawing preparation of 4 buildings with 2 basement
levels under the supervision of BIM engineer and Structural engineer, modelling and modification of
models from concept stage into design stage, shop drawing preparation with sectional details schedules,
loading plans.
• PRECAST BUILDING MODEL - KSA.
Creation of structural precast model using Architectural and Cad reference model, design as per the
standards and modeling of precast elements of Sports Centre, School, Hotel. Creation of desired
connection and precast element families for the model and shop drawing.
• VILLAS STRUCTURAL -EMAAR UAE.
Modification and modeling of design stage model into construction stage, shop drawing preparation of
LOD 350 structural model, sectional rebar detailing of floors and foundation.
• PRECAST BUILDING COMPLEX AND REBAR DETAILING - AUSTRALIA
Preparation of RFI, modeling as per rebar schedules and plans, preparation of shop drawing as per
Australian standards.
• FAMILY CREATION AND DOCUMENTATION INTERIOR - KSA
Creation and modification of families as per specification for residential buildings, placing and replacing
of families in BIM 360 and quantity checking by using schedules.
• PARAMETRIC FAMILY CREATION INTERIOR- UAE
Creation of Kitchen cabinet families with parameters as per cad drawings.
• BEACH RESORT STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL - INDIA.
Modeling and documentation of 4 blocks of buildings of both Architectural and Structural in
