Preparing accounts and tax returns
* GST, VAT reporting and filing
* Reconciling, managing and balancing
*Accounts via journal entries, Manual and automated accounting information.
*Preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries & Posting entries to the general ledger.
* Assisting in preparation of annual budget
*Preparing annual audit work papers assisting in the preparation of financial information.
* Reconciliation and understanding of all balance sheet accounts and produce monthly financial statements
*Monthly bank reconciliations including follow up and correction of outstanding items
*Monitor and review monthly receivables for accuracy, adjustments, and/or corrections
* Monitor and review accounts payable coding for accuracy
* Ensuring that the external audit requirements like Cross checking of document which tally with schedules are met
*Supported by the Accountants, lead, guide and be involved in the execution and preparation of monthly financial close - TB/ Balance Sheet/ PnL
* Develop best practice financial accounting and internal control procedures and continually review the process and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency
*Payroll preparation and required reporting
* Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
*Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
*Calculate and analyze variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.
* Meeting and interviewing clients
*Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines
