Prominent Printing located in Dubai is a leading Packaging Group of UAE & a part of Kazani Group of companies. Kazani Group includes the Nine (9) companies name Al Mansoorah Printing co LLC, Kazani Trading LLC, Kazani Paper FZC, Industrial Packaging, ZainAli Printing & Packaging Co LLC, Kazani General trading LLC, Kazan Heights, Kazani Developers & SNZ trading INC. As Financial Controller for Kazani Group of Companies my key responsibilities & contributions included the following:
• Preparation & Finalization of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts for all individual companies along with consolidation of Accounts on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Accounts analysis reports & Management reports on monthly basis for all individual Companies & group consolidation.
• Keeping Control on Financial SOPs and enabling their implementation.
• As a Financial Controller of nine group companies of Kazani Group managing a team of twelve (12) accountants.
• Monitoring the Costing Module & ensuring the entries are accurate by Accounts Department.
• Checking & authorizing the accounting vouchers.
• Checking & keeping control on Inventory Management system & its proper compliance.
• VAT return filings, submitting ESR & other regulatory returns for all group of Companies.
• Dealing with Banks & other Financial Institutes for Loans & TRs.
• Assisting the External Auditors for Annual Audit.

Switz Group is a Multinational group operating in KSA, OMAN, Bahrain & UAE. Switz Group involved in business of Cakes production & distribution. Switz Dubai UAE is a trading Unit importing Cakes & selling in UAE. As a Senior Accountant I was handling the UAE segment. My key responsibilities & contributions included the following:
• Financial preparation monthly, quarterly, semiannually & annually.
• Financial reports, analysis & management reports on monthly basis.
• To complete Annual Audit & Interim Audit from External Auditors.
• Keeping control on Daily cash sales of all units in UAE.
• Preparation of BRS & Cash Flow statements.
• Submission of VAT returns to FTA (Federal Tax Authority) on due dates of VAT Filing.

• Accurate preparation, analysis and interpretation of the Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements, in accordance with the IFRS.
• Strong financial expertise by supervising accounts payable and receivable and preparation of aging analysis.
• Strong business relationships by negotiating payment and credit term with suppliers around the globe; effectively manage cash flows and preparation of cash flow forecasting.
• Finalized the month/year end closing entries of accruals, prepayments, employee loan/advances and depreciation.
• Preparation of monthly comprehensive performance report of group, identification of areas on improvement and advising management on timely corrective actions.
• Development, evaluation and improvement of accounting and internal control systems.
Key Achievement:
• Set up the Accounts & Finance department and delivered training sessions to employees regarding financial and accounting policies of the company.

• Played a pivotal role in the meeting of aggressive reporting deadlines and providing quality financial and management information on a timely basis.
