Dispatch and last mile team supervisor. Responsible for all collections/pickups and deliveries including courier's proper training before they go in field. Managing and preparing route plan for couriers, monitoring their deliveries and collections performance on daily basis. Divide equal number of shipments among all couriers and make sure that each and every courier should have deliveries upto the given target. Provide best service to all customers and make sure to do the needful as per customers requirment. Hiring drivers, dispatchers and data entry staff as per company requirment and make sure they visit each and every department in office during their training in a concern department. Don't leave for day until and unless I am satisfied and everything is in a proper manner and upto the mark.
