•Preparing Tender Document, Contract Document, Bill Of Quantities, Bidders Commercial Evaluation, Letter typing and …etc.
•Preparing letters to Governmental Authorities (Municipality & Abu Dhabi Distribution) and Contractors Company.
•Project(Document and Material) Submittal submission to the Client.
•Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
•Typing documents and distributing memos.
•Handling incoming / outgoing correspondences documents and filing.
•Faxing, printing, filing and scanning.
•Office stock updating (office asset materials & equipments)
•Updating & maintain the daily, weekly & holiday, absence records of staff.
•Ensuring office procedures and systems operate efficiently.
•Reporting in a timely and accurate document and drawings submitted to senior.
•Entering data accurately onto computerized databases and Excel spreadsheets.
•Maintain logs of activities and completed works.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
•Control office documents as per ISO requirements.
