Job Responsibilities:-
All finishing machines calendar, stenter, sanforizing, decatizing machines programming given to operator and head operators. Fallow the production reports and records. And to check the quality of fabric during running on machines and also give the finish (chemical) according to the quality of customer requirement or customer sample. Ensure presence of operator and head operators. Inspection of fabric from grey fabric to finish and dispatch dep't. Co ordination between dyeing and finishing department. Job Responsibilties:-
This is my 2nd experience of job in lucky tex as a lab chemist/ Q.C I have done physical testing of fabric like, crocking fastness, washing fastness, shade change appearance, GSM of fabric. Pilling test, count of yarn, to check the quality of fabric during the running production on different machine ( stenter, printing machine and calendaring) . And to fallow the all programming of machine inspection of fabric design and to face the any trouble shoot during production. After the production to make the lab reports and forward to Q.C manager released for dispatch.

This is my first experience of job as a lab chemist at Liberty textile and home care garments industries site area Karachi. Job responsibilities under my supervision all kinds of woven and knitted fabrics testing include chemical and physical testing done with ISO.ASTM.AATCC methods and according the requirement of customer. Physical testing include pilling of knitted fabrics, quality of fabric.
