I am responsible for all service related issues in all the 3 companies and outside customers.
•Dealing with clients like Emirates, Emaar, Etisalat, Du, Damac, Etihad, Gems school, Al Tayer, Master card, HSBC etc
•Responsible for all mechanical insurance works and dealing with leading companies like AAA insurance and Gulf warranty
•I am leading my service team consists of more than 60 employees.
•Dealing with all major luxury brands which includes Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Maserati, Aston Martin, Lamborghini etc.
•I am responsible for sales target for the service section.
•I am responsible for giving trainings to the team.
•I am responsible to evaluate the cars we bought and how to make it good for the sales.
•I am responsible for all customer related enquiries & sales.
•I am responsible to give trainings to service & sales team.
