Currently working as Control Systems Engineer of Ammonia, Urea, LCO2, O&U.
Execute all changes in Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, PROSAFE RS ESD system and Allen-Bradley.
Ensure backups for all control systems. Ensure servers management and backups (DCS Servers, IP21 Server, A1PEx server & APC Server)
Manage Administrative controls related to OT Cyber Security.
Perform all troubleshooting, maintenance and replacements of control system Hardware and Software.
Spares inventory management, preparation & utilization of Capital, Opex & Spares budget for all control systems. Perform regular audits on control systems and monitor health and status of Hardware diagnostics and Network Diagnostics.
Phaseout planning to perform upgrade of obsolete Control system Hardware and Software upgrades.
Developing strategies for rectifying reliability problems of Control Systems
Training of I&C resources on Control Systems, with work instruction development
Instrument & Control Systems Maintenance Lead of Gas Compression Facility handling 3 LPBCs & 7 NGBCs .
Allen Bradley PLC (Studio 5000 & FactoryTalk Viewpoint) & Waukesha 16V 275GL+ Engine (Troubleshooting &
Maintenance)
PM and CM job scheduling and execution of Safety Critical, Process Critical & other Non-critical instruments during routing and Turnarounds through oracle based CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Root cause analysis (RCA) of failures and incidents as per PSM with development of Reliability Program.
Development & implementation of procedures & work instructions as per ISO-9001 & PSM
Prepare job scope (BOQ), review bids and engage contractors through Oracle based ERP system.
Review, Design & Execute changes as per requirement in MOC complying to DuPont PSM.
HAZOP & SIL study with Vendor & third party for large scale projects
Spares inventory management, preparation & utilization of Capital, Opex & Spares budget.
Maintain & develop As-built drawings of plant control system & field instrumentation, these include, System drawings, Marshalling drawings, JB Drawings, ILDs, Cable tray layout, Cable schedule, Schematics.
I obtained my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with high GPA and awards from the best university of Pakistan: National University of Science and Technology.
