Maintain highest possible customer relationship through one-to-one concept strategy and grow the business through the development of the customer base.
Segment the customer base, group customers into potential possibilities and devise appropriate target strategy for sales development.
Cold calling to promote and sell current Service products i.e Preventive maintenance, Service Contracts etc.
To plan for, advise and liaise with management in matters relating to business strategy and development for the region.
To achieve goals as agreed with Business Line Manager.
To be responsible for customer liaison and ongoing relationshipdevelopment.
To keep the management regularly and fully informed about routine and “red flag” issues related to business in the region.
To maintain close working relationship with the regional Equipment sales representative to maximize customer relationship and business outcome wherever possible.
Provide technical expertise to customers, survey the site of each customer with view to promote our sales offering.
Prepare BOQ, techinical and commercial proposal.
Provide detailed service & parts quotes in line with company objectives andfollow subsequent activities to full sale transaction.
To maintain reqular contact with all customers especially key account customers and identify / develop new customers through effective territory
management and target planning
Maintain and submit monthly reports on visits, No. of quotations sent, order received and follow up of quotations not yet converted into orders
Installation, Commissioning & Startup of 3 Low Pressure Booster Compressors (Waukesha 275GL+ Engine,
Allen Bradley PLC & WH76 Compressor )
