•Managing processes, metrics, work planning and allocation of work on daily basis
•Monitoring quality & conformance and ensuring day to day controls - daily reports, Sign offs, escalations
•Preparing Weekly/Monthly status reports.
•MIS Reporting to Senior Management inclusive of Budgeting and Forecasting.
•Providing administrative support and regular follow-ups with Sales Team/ Procurement / Credit/ Logistics / Accounts/ Legal and other departments for order execution.
•Ensure all internal and external audit/certification requirements are met.
•Ensures customer satisfaction levels are high, conducts periodic dipsticks to measure the same
•Escalate issues/queries to management on a timely manner for quicker resolutions
•Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining processes - automation, process reengineering
•Preparation and Participating in client presentations to showcase organization's depth of delivery Coordination with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and stores for on time delivery.
•Support procurement of Siemens, Led Vance, Osram and Decoduct product folios
•Working in team for setting up Distributors in Northern emirates specific product requirements.
•Coordinating with 3PL for material dispatch and documentation, SAP MM module.
•Ensure that orders are placed and delivered on the date time specified.
•Making Comparison and Evaluate vendor’s quotations to ensure that they are in line with the Technical and commercial specifications.
•Data logging of ordering documents and maintaining a log of full/partial/pending delivery.
•Proper documentation for incoming and outgoing documents.
•Other system knowledge includes CRM and Share point approvals.

•Follow-up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid on a timely manner as per agreed payment terms.

Key Accountabilities:
•Sourcing and Negotiating with Vendors on raw materials,
•Check on factory production and dispatch of final goods to customers.
•Customs clearance, supervising discharge at port and providing handling instructions to WH.
•Help in Maintain inventory & Updating/Migrate to necessary ERP system.
•Maintenance/keeping proper records of all customs, incoming and outgoing documents, Stock counting and managing of inventory. Manage transport from port to End User.
•Provide ERP system training when required.
•Support IT department for system migrations and database updates.
•Allocation of marketing material to respective clients. Ensure smooth functioning of overall factory process and system logs.
