Reorganizing the Workshop and Implementing Processes and Procedures.
Creating and Maintaining Workshop Workflow.

Close exposure with rotary and static equipment.
Steam Turbines, compressors and pumps overhauling.
Rotating equipment alignment.
Produce reports about the job at hand.
Job planning, secluding and estimation regarding manpower, materials and profit.
Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Repeatedly achieved high profitability improvements, improving customer satisfaction, quality and employee
engagement/retention.
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of the job needs.
Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the workshop capacity.
Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
