Job Summary:
Works according to procedures and specialized technical standards. Work is subject to detailed checks at regular intervals and keeps the supervisors posted on the daily monitoring of applications (HIS, EMR, LIS, others) and network.
Assures that all computers and associated equipment are operational at all times, operates computer systems and perform related duties as required.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitors the performance and oversees the operation of the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN).
2. Troubleshoots minor problems for smooth operation of computers, its existing system, and other software used.
3. Monitors hardware systems using operating system utilities.
4. Assists in working and troubleshooting workstations and communication equipment.
5. Assists in setting up stand-alone PC’s and installation of software needed by the user.
6. Maintains needed logs and hardware inventories.
7. Ensure all support coming in on emails, phones and conversations is logged in the support system (ITSM). Respond to support tickets (created from IT Online Request/ITSM) from end users and colleagues within agreed Request Description/Service Calls.
8. Resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner and keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support ticket. Proactively and reactively fix any Service Calls Request or any IT related issues as quickly as possible.
9. Understands all of the hospitals IT products, IT processes and IT Systems.

Operations Assistant (Roustabout) is responsible for supporting the daily operations of drilling rigs or production platforms. This includes general labor tasks such as equipment maintenance, loading and unloading supplies, cleaning the work area, assisting with rigging up and down, and supporting more experienced crew members with mechanical and operational duties. The role requires strong physical fitness, a commitment to safety and ability to work well in a team under challenging conditions.
