Working as Corporate Sales Senior Manager - Western Region (ISP & IT Solutions) in Shabakah Net - AL-Rajhi Saudi Group, since November 2003 to date. Company is one of the best ISP in the kingdom having more than 10 branches and first IT company in ME having 3 ISO certifications i.e. ISO 9001 - Quality,
ISO 20000 - IT Service management and ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System (ISMS)
With additional to my main job I work as a Branch manager for western region and Western Region Sales manager from 2004 to 2010
Major responsibilities
• To develop new clientele for various IT Technologies and Solutions
• Understanding and assessing client requirements, proposal and presentation sharing with clients and customizing solutions
• Building & Management of Business relationship
• Explore new market in West Region in KSA
• To dig out relevant information about the companies through internet to build up channel partnership & to find out prospective customers.
• Leader of sales team in western region
• Open new sales channels, business partner and distributor
• Managing sales and technical process, help to solve nay problems, sending progress report to management
• Managing new vender and supplier
• Managing public relation and arranging marketing events
• Selling company services and products for large enterprises include pre and after sales activities
