◼ Identify key accounts and assimilate a prospect base of new companies through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors and apply relevant strategies to facilitate the transition of promising business conversion.

- Study and evaluate credit facilities applications, preparing and presenting credit reports (CR), analyze
financial reports, analyze and manage credit risk, recommend to accept or reject credit requests, monitoring
and follow up clients credit portfolio that range between JD 12-15 millions, field visits for current and
potential clients prepare.

- Detailed Financial Analysis and related Corporate Issues. This included Ratios, Break Even Analysis, Cost of
Capital, Financing Mode, Payback calculations, Cash flows and IRR etc. Preparation of business reports.
- Present daily pipeline reports as well as forecasting sales to track and determine progress towards stated
departmental goals.
- Prepare complex credit analysis including projection modeling on both existing and prospective customer’s
credit needs.
- Present written reports detailing the financial position and cash flow of the client, potential risks, collateral
position, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Recommendations for credit structure, risk rating, pricing, and credit approval.
Job included working and coordinating with an external legal collection company that acted as a third party between the bank and the debtor by providing a practical solutions to collection and legal problems to retail and commercial accounts in accordance to the bank of rules, procedures and regulations in order to maximize debt recovery.
- Analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit and defaulted loans.
- Communicating with customers regarding due payments on commercial loans, determining if repayments plan can be placed into these accounts and performing a periodic follow-up to the off-balance sheet accounts.
- Maintaining confidentiality of credit and collection information and to consistently provide excellent customer service in terms to facilitate accomplishment of the department mission and goals
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the overall bank credit and collection policies and procedures within the central bank regulations.
- Preparing settlement studies to retail, commercial and off-balance sheet loans in Jordan to be reviewed and approved by the board of directors.
- Responsible for the credit analysis and the collection for defaulted loans for the Palestine and Bahrain bank branches.
- Preparing and checking the external legal collection company commissions and expense to be reviewed and paid.
Job included working with customers in all phases of credit collection activities, to maintain confidentiality of credit and collection information and to consistently provide excellent customer service in terms to facilitate accomplishment of the department mission and goals.
