Project Outline:
The project involves the construction, completion, and maintenance of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works for the proposed kennel facility at ISF Camp, Zone 28, Al-Duhail.
The project consists of the Admin building, Pilot Accommodation buildings, Kennel blocks, Veterinary clinic, Grooming shampooing, Substation, ETS room, Guard house, and other associated outdoor facilities.

2. Project Name: PK6-The Pearl Qatar Infrastructure Upgrade Works
Client: United Development Co. (UDC)
Carryout the Infrastructure/ Utilities inside The Pearl Qatar. In addition, construct new Sewage Pump Stations, MCC room and Access Road, MSE wall construction and upgrade the existing sewage pumping stations.

3. Project Name: Design and Build for Upgrade of Losail Circuit Sports Club
Client: ASHGHAL (Public Works Authority - Government Agency in Qatar)
Complete Design, Build, Operate & Maintain for upgrading the Existing Race-Track Lighting System and Petrol station, New Staff Accommodation Building along with Substations, Pit Boxes, Access Roads along with utilities, Street Lights and Outdoor Facilities


Roles & Responsibilities:
 Review and approval Baseline programme.
 Review and recommendation of Extension of Time Claims (EOT) submitted by the Contractors.
 Reviewing and assisting in recommending Prolongation Cost claimed by the contractors
 Responsible for Planning, Monitoring and Reporting of the projects
 Highlight to management potential delays and assess the impact to the project.
 Prepare presentations monthly /quarterly include all changes to the scope and variation work
requested by the Client
 Reviewing, commenting & approving Contractor’s work programs and progress reports.
 Preparation of Progress Reports and presentations for Client and Higher Management.
 Identifying areas of concern, slippages and highlighting it to SREs, Department Heads and Clients.
 Risk Analysis and mitigation measures, update risk register (Active Risk Manager - web application)
 Performing productivity measurement studies and notifying slippages to the Contractor

- Full construction of existing damaged Road approximately 16.3 km including 3.5 km street
lighting network.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Thorough understanding of contract, scope of work, estimation and procurement plan for assigned project
 Develop master schedule with logical sequence and intermediate milestones with resources & cost loading.
 Progress updating, CPM scheduling, monitoring and controlling using Primavera P6
 Prepare look-ahead schedules to ensure timely completion of scheduled activities.
 Analysis of current and potential areas of concern, progress variance, productivity & forecast trends
 Prepare weekly/ Monthly progress reports highlighting area of concerns.
 Tracking of invoice register
 Follow up procurement activities for timely delivery of material
 Prepare cost report which includes analysis of budget vs actual cost variance
 Coordinate with construction team & sub-contractor to facilitate smooth project progress and expediting the project schedule.
 Participate project progress review meeting with Leads / Discipline Engineers for discussing critical activities and constraints.
 Cost loading and monitoring of cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis
 Prepare detailed documentation for EOT for the project. Good proficiency in Time Impact Analysis & Impact as Planned.
 Assuring the strategic utilization & Deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
 Record delay events from client/ consultant end and update the delay event register
 Prepare the tender programme and resources forecast
 Preparation of preventive & planned maintenance programme
 Preparation of Key Performance Indicators report for PWA - Monthly
 Prepare the executive and top management presentation
 Monitor the manpower productivity and tracking the construction progress based on actual quantities

Project Outline:
The DW015 overall project area is approximately 760 hectares in size and comprises of largely open desert on the western periphery of Doha, north of the Al Sailiya Road, in the municipality of Al Rayyan, in Zone 53.
The DW015 project Package 1 work comprises the construction of approximate 39.45 km of road supporting the infrastructure of 1102 residential plots, 5 Schools, 15 mosques and 44 parks/open places. The project includes the construction of foul sewerage and surface water drainage networks using non-disruptive method (Micro- Tunnel) and also a Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) network.
