• Requirements Management, validating the project agreement requirements for construction. Interacting with stakeholders, assisting with commissioning works, preparing testing procedures, verifying testing requirements.
• Preparation of schedule, breaking down scope, issuance of subcontracts, liaison with architect and trades (RFIs, CCP, COs, etc.), managing daily site operations while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, adopting a safety first attitude, budget control using PM software, quality checks as per specifications, finalizing contracts, preparation for space occupancy and compilation of O&M manuals and close out documents.

• In the capacity of Project Manager delivered four commercial tenant improvement projects in the value of CAD $1M to $2M on time and in the desired quality, to the satisfaction of the client.
• In the capacity of Jr. Project Manager, delivered commercial tenant improvement projects valued from $400, 000 to $600, 000 ahead of schedule, with exceeding quality and under budget
Achievements:
• Applied accurate forecasting techniques, performance reviews and timely conflict resolution among stakeholders and saved the government of Abu Dhabi CAD $ 2, 500, 000 of the project budget
• Supervised the successful execution of a project worth CAD $ 20, 000, 000 in time, desired quality and budget for the city of Abu Dhabi
• Accomplished the installation of 314 Fire Hydrants, 98 Valve Chambers, 2000 House Connections and 33, 000 m of HDPE/Ductile Iron pipelines within 12 sectors of the capital city of Abu Dhabi, U.A.E
Project Management:
• Supervised over 200+ contractor employees at site, ensuring correct specifications are executed in a safety conscious manner.
• Performed effective control of the project's CAD $ 20, 000, 000 budget by forecasting of quantities, material purchases, work schedule and calculation of the budget's progression
• Successfully eliminated scope creeps by weekly reviewing of specifications, bill of quantities, and work schedules
• Took effective action against the contractor by monitoring project baselines for any incoming deviations or variances in schedule or costs
• Reviewed contractor's payment, averaging CAD $ 500, 000 monthly, by thorough assessment with efficient documentation and recommended to the client for approval
• Ensured the compliance of approved plans, specifications and standards by conducting inspections
• Conducted monthly meetings with contractors and client and recorded minutes.
• Reviewed contractor's monthly progress report, analyzed information and formulated monthly reports to the client
• Constantly assessed project risks and issues, and initiated proactive elimination or mitigation strategies
