-in charge of inspection visits for all retail sales branches to ensure that all retail branches are totally complying with rules and regulation and to avoid any irregularities.
-Handling and mentoring regulatory complaint websites such as SAMA care and CCHI CRM portal.
-Generate a weekly report for claims that exceeded regulatory time frame
- Complies with all laws or regulations that applies to it type of business.
- Ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in house policies.
- Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Making sure that compliance procedure, systems and controls
are up to date and effective.
- Ensuring proper reporting of violation to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and or required.
- Completing monthly and quarterly regulatory reports
- Recruitments (interviews, on boarding).
- Personnel services (certificates, GR services, GOSI).
- Employee's data analysing.
- Preparing final settlements
