• Analyzing financial statements.
• Making regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generating purposes. Such visits get recorded by call reports.
prepare financial reports of the portfolio and deals with operational level as the follwing :
(1)prepare of daily transactions for tenants (from a review of the tenant's contracts and auditing the opening balances for tenants and increase or decrease the rents, exemptions, discounts, and handling the insurance for evacuated flats and follow up with return cheques and late payment
(2)prepare and control the building's expenses for based on approved contracts with the vendors: verify and ensure that all expenses are approved for payment processing (dual control) and appropriate approval/authorization is obtained for each expense along with appropriate supporting documents in accordance with banks policy
(3)communicate and follow up with legal department for the collection of cheques received from execution department under the ministry of justice
(4)follow up with maintenance unit in Property management department in term of resolving the problems related to the job ordes and contractor agreemenet
Prepare financial statements such as cash flow balance sheet and income statement
