Prepare M&A and projects financial modeling
▪ Monitor of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements along with related variance, trends and ratio
analysis to support internal and external reporting. In addition, this position will assist in various special projects as
necessary.
▪ Preparation of financial long term forecasts
▪ Recommend improvements to Finance Accounting policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls
covering all areas of departmental activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while
delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
▪ Responsible for managing data integrity and other systems administration tasks, proactively solving problems and
ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financial and management reports and supporting data, configuration, and
business rules within BPC.
▪ Responsible of the Corporate Performance Factors (CPF).
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for MGT by collecting and consolidating data and feedback from
all concern departments.
▪ Delivering the business plan to other departments in the budget policy with the objective of maintaining cost
effectiveness, resource efficiency, and maximum opportunity utilization.
▪ Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual reports (Financial, Management, and Board).
▪ Responsible for preparing budgets.
▪ Analyzing accounts receivable assess inventory opportunity losses in order to minimize the investment in working capital.
▪ Performing the product costing, product profit analyses, and financial benchmarking between SIPCHEM affiliates and
other companies in the same business to maximize the profitability of the business and improve the affinity comparing to
other homogenous companies.
▪ Monitoring Sales, Revenues and Financial Activates of my product in SIPCHEM affiliate.
▪ Assist in any strategic decision our senior management will take from financial perspective.
