Key SCM Responsibilities
* Manage Logistics & Supply Chain Management operations of the manufacturing business
* Establish a strategic sourcing model, supplier Mgmt. decisions, and create and transact easily and
efficiently against the contracts.
* Establish & implement policies and control to achieve department and corporate goals.
* Set Department goals, track KPIs, develop cost reduction strategies
* Integrate Supply Chain Planning with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with business targets.
* Ensure professional relationships with internal and external suppliers
* Preparing the annual operating and procurement budgets, reviewing the same for approving tenders.
* Manage the freight forwarding and transportation activates with different service providers
* Review & evaluate suppliers’ performance against agreed models (cost, quality and delivery).
* Establishe and lead Projects Procurment & Contracts functions and develop bid mgt./procurment policies.
* Negotiate regarding price, delivery time, payment terms and other necessary clauses of contract.
* Develop templates and standard formats for various contractual & procurement documents
* Analyze/review contracts in the light of scope, timeframe, cost, risk, constraints, opportunities &
profitability, for successful execution and delivery of the projects.
* Supported the project management team with legal formalities including insurance and taxes.
* Track/monitor/review contracts in terms of progress, cost and overall compliance, changes and variations
Project Manager - New plant for Saudi Chemical Co in the Northern border as supervision and handling .

Project manager - ISO integration system for ISO 9001 to be integrated with ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001
