I Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assist.
I Maintained records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates,
etc.) in both the paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
I Assisted supervisors in performance management procedures.
I Scheduled meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda.
Operated equipment, installed and maintained oil rigs, maintained the drilling operations area clean and safe,
manipulated pipes, and loading and unloaded cargo.
* Assisted the well operator in rigging up and rigging down, pulling and laying down rods, tubing, casing and other
functions.
* Lead a team of 5 to communicate instructions from our manager.
* Responsible for operating and servicing in the top of the rig, laying out tubing, and transporting drilling and service rigs.
