• Overtaking DPM portfolio’s operational aspects for Asset Management.
• Evaluate property values while considering demographics, market trends, and projected growth.
• Oversee a team of Operations Associates whose tasks include preparing real estate closing documents, managing email responses, & providing phone-based support for both Customers & Business Partners.
• Dealing with Property Management in related to Real Estate Funds.
• Rental Valuation reporting.
• Execute distributions to investors
• Dealing with fund’s custody and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
• CMA Regulatory reporting Including related to APR, IFR, Anti Money Laundering.
• Fund Accounting for Private & Public RE Funds Including Fund Valuation, NAV calculation DPMs reporting.
• Processing Fund’s unit registry Subscription & Redemption.
• Partner with Customer Success in managing ongoing relationships. Including identifying operational opportunities to grow bandwidth and transaction volume.
• Coordinating calendars.
• Scheduling appointments and events.
• Acting as a liaison.
• Translate correspondence.
• Preparing reports and updating internal databases.

• Handling KYCs accounts opening and closing.
• Processing monthly parcels and high valued product insurance spreadsheet.
• Reconcile international revenue of area’s Retail sales.
• Prepare along with Finance & accounting the province financials report.
• Supply Management of Area’s Service centers.
• Coordinate with provisional Manager, Customer services, Companies and respectively.
• Manage the point of contact between the provisional Manager and internal or external colleagues
• Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
• Handling correspondence directed to managers
• Approving delegated sale requests.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Reporting - Including (Division Timesheet, Division Weekly Highlights, Plant Shut Down diagnostic report, Overflow reporting for all three divisions under department.
• Documents archiving.
• Handle Operations Division Plant’s Flights, Hotels, Accommodations, Training requests to Executives.
• Handle work permit approval process request to Operations & Maintenance Managers, for daily routine contractors.
• Division’s administration daily clerical tasks include. Printing, scanning, handling calls and data entry.
• Maintain department new onboarding process.
• Validate department’s employee safety tickets as follows: incidents, near misses and injures to next approvers.
• Process Executive’s proforma invoices, bills & payments.
• Approval of delegated tasks from Division Head. i.e. overtime, Additional Straight Hours, Maintenance Planning Orders & Flights booking.
• Managing division head’s office including maintenance orders, paperwork, mailing, archiving, handling calls and events coordination.
• Reports weekly highlights, rotation and shift schedule.
• Implement technical unit’s spreadsheets and co providing clerical supports.
• Analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing as needed.
• Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
• Recording minutes from meetings.
