Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO and members of the executive management team

Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings, preparation of management, financial and board reports, and required external reporting.

Responsible for all general accounting functions, including: revenue, A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll, inventory, cost accounting, and financial systems

The main responsibility is to compile periodic financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors and President concerning financial forecasts and reports under SOCPA and IFRS.

Preparing consolidated Budget, Financial Plans, and financial statements to present business activities of parent and child companies as activities.

Responsible for a sizable and diversified existing client portfolio in technology, aerospace & defense and services industry. In addition to managing the existing client portfolio, I have to identify potential new clients, segments or innovative business opportunities which are in line with the industry strategy.
