• Led the successful completion of the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs merging project, streamlining operations and
enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Conducted in-depth analyses to identify internal strengths, weaknesses, and external drivers impacting Ministry performance,
providing valuable insights for strategic development.
• Prepared monthly reports summarizing program progress, challenges, and gaps related to the financial sustainability strategic
pillar, facilitating proactive problem-solving and course correction.
• Directed quarterly performance analyses by evaluating key performance indicators for the financial sustainability pillar, ensuring
alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Actively participated as a team member in the Minister's weekly Executive Committee meetings, providing strategic
recommendations and addressing the Ministry's critical challenges.
