At the university of WT, we have created a Saudi Financial Group. This group has developed the skills of its members, by sharing knowledge of the financial masters and other experts.

The main goal of this organization is to help the members to keep up with the courses of the MSFE program. Moreover, it focuses on applying the information which we study into the real world cases.
The goal has been achieved successfully, and we aim to keep hammering on it.

Career Ambitions is a USA/Saudi executive recruitment and head hunting company with offices in Riyadh and USA. Clients include: the Ministry of Education & Finance (Tatweer), Saudi Airlines, National Military Hospital, Al Munif Holdings and many other Saudi Based organizations.

My responsibilities include:

• Lead the search for specific employees for some of the Kingdoms top organizations
• Successfully interviewed, shortlist and vetted and employees for each client
• Lead each candidate through the employment process until start date
• Business development activities to assist in the growth of Career Ambitions
• Liaison and led all efforts with various government organizations concerning all Saudi employment programs

Achievements:

• Placed many top executives in key leadership positions for clients
• Assisted in the over growth of Career Ambitions

• Performed all teaching assistant duties for over 7 years while I was still in Middle and High School
• Trained the new employees to manage their skills in the Administrative & Financial department
• Assisted in all management and administrative duties
• Translated governmental and private company and individual documents
• Helped grow this family business into a very successful and respected Saudi institution
