Trains personnel to develop technical ability and understanding of applicable codes, standards, inspection methods in various disciplines. Continues personal professional development by attending courses, seminars etc.
Monitor product quality and make recommendations and/or adjustments to maintain product quality. Mentor, coach and develop junior operators. Work jointly with others and be a key team player in problem solving, communication, work planning and organizing. Identify industrial hazards and resolve them as necessary. Keep all relevant operating procedure updated.
