Managing Projects Site, Consultant Contractor
• Managing projects worth above 5 Million SAR
• Managing stations’ Rebranding Project
• Finalizing timescales, costs, and resources required with consultant & contractor
• Submit review project delivery plans for the project .
• Develop detailed scopes of work for consultancy and contractor as required and submit for review and
approval by CM.
• Manage, and liaise with consultancy teams and contractors concerning planning, design, and
construction.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are met across all projects.
• Manage the design development of projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and the
appointed design consultants.
• Responsible for Supervising to ensure proper execution of the contract.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team internally and externally.
• Ensure each project stage is completed on time, on budget, and to specified quality levels.
• Report regularly on project progress
• Report and resolve any issues or delays.
• Manage several projects simultaneously with the support of Project Engineers
Prepare directive and operational plans and executive programs for project management, including procedures and processes that contribute to achieving quality.
Supervise the project’s time scope and implementation milestones, and take corrective measures in case of violation.
Determine the manpower required for the project and conduct interviews with them to select them and provide them
with appropriate guidance.
Supervise the planning of project resources and ensure their availability in accordance with the specifications during the project phases and use them in an effective manner.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks, communicating expected accomplishments, and applying partial terms in case of breach.
Determine the risks that are expected to occur within the project and ensure the application of security and safety standards to prevent their occurrence.
Prepare a clear and comprehensive communication plan and mechanism for all reports, communication methods and meet times to ensure effective coordination of work.
Manage, arrange and document the various project files, and ensure the integrity of the files management and
preservation according to the rules.
Determine the means of communication between the management and workers of the project to coordinate tasks.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and progress.
Maintain continuous evaluation of the work to maintain sustainability and achieve the required results.

Interact on a daily basis with customers to explain their needs and requirements and verify their appropriate implementation.
Review the various engineering works and start the necessary improvement in the event of a defect.
Prepare daily reports on the various tasks executed and make sure to submit them to the officials for discussion.
Contribute to the study of project elements, preparation of budgets, timescale, and strategic objectives. Supervise the operations of the drilling rig, which includes the operation and maintenance of equipment, and the correct handling of errors.
Implement various daily activities after prioritizing according to the set schedule to achieve the objectives.
Test of resources in order to verify their conformity with the required specifications and standards.
Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate multiple actions and take appropriate decisions.
Provide advice and appropriate solutions to various obstacles that hinder the progress of the project.
Provide technical support and constructive feedback to the work team to develop them for various works with the required quality.
Attend all periodic meetings to discuss project details and take necessary corrective actions.
Implement all legal procedures and rules during the implementation of the various required tasks.
Complete of developments and project development plans necessary to achieve quality.
