- Receive applications from designated recruitment sources to create a data bank of potential candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
- Evaluate and confirm selected applications meet the job descriptions of specialized positions.
- Administrate and conduct English language test to determine applicant’s ability to work in dynamic working environment of the hospital.
