Responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories and reporting and more, emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions, I provide coverage and support as needed and receive guidance and escalation support from the HR Operations leadership team.
Contribute as member of the senior managements team to the overall management to ensure that clear short, medium- and longer-term goals and objective are established, Develop and gain agreements for the strategy for the HR function in the contact of the overall business strategy. Suggest new HR strategies, participate in selection and interviews, work with the change managements team and identified stakeholders to assess and highlight key activities required for successful delivery I look after all the issue related to the employees, health, safety & welfare, Ensure all employees are aware of personnel policies & procedures, labor & country law & regulation to get employees knows about the organization well.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work RELATIONSHIPS, make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, build morale and
increase productivity and retention, Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance,
I provide the personnel needed for organizational activities to manage the general employee-
mployer relationship. I look after all the professional doubts and queries that the staff might
have, .I look after all the issue related to the employees, health, safety & welfare, Ensure all
employees are aware of personnel policies & procedures, labor & country law & regulationto get
employees knows about the organization well, I organizing salaries payments, pensions & benefits
administration, termination, resignation & organizing staff activities.
I am team manager of HR team contain 3 team members, i was responsible about around 1200 employees in the factory.
Task and responsibilities:
• I handle all the employees.
• I provide the personnel needed for organizational activities and to manage the general employee-employer relationship.
• I look after all the professional doubts and queries that the employees might have.
• I introduce the employees to other employees, and induct them into the company by explaining to them all the rules and regulation of the company.
• I handle all the complaints made by the employees and have to look into all the complaints in an impartial manner.
• I hire employees for the company.
• i arrange for their orientation and training
• I look after all the issue related to the employees, health, safety & welfare.
• Ensure all employees are aware of personnel policies & procedures, labor & country's law & regulation to get employees knows about the organization well.
• I organizing salaries payments, pensions & benefits administration.
• A pproving job descriptions & advertisements & organizing staff activities.
• Monitoring staff performance & attendance.
• Advising line managers & other employees on employment law & the employer's own employment policies & procedures.
• Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff & representatives. • Preparation of HR letters and correspondence.
• Preparing Arabic & English documents, letters and clearance applications.
• Managing and updating employee files.
• Issuance of staff number.
• Visa issuance, cancellation, renewal for staff, etc.
• Responsible for annual leave scheduling and management for the staff.
• Medical Insurance card issuance and cancellation.
• Training Certificate issuance.
• Payroll file management.
• Attendance Management.

Monitor and manage corporate security devices and applications including Firewalls, Intruder Prevention Systems, Patch management Systems, Certificate Authority, Proxy Servers, Anti-Virus.
