Role:
Manage sourcing materials as required/planned (Construction Equipment like Cranes, Loaders, Forklifts, etc., New Vehicles, Furniture, various Civil Construction activities, Electrical and Building Materials, Safety equipment, Portables, etc.
Identify suitable land for new offices/warehouse for Rezayat Group Companies.
Collect data from all Group Companies on their various requirements, consolidate and plan strategic sourcing to finalize the contracts.
Leads negotiation of prices, terms and conditions of contracts to minimize potential risk and maximize discounts on procured material.

Knowledge and Usage of SAP as per Rezayat Group started implementation of the SAP system to all its business’s transactions.

Role: • Developed a working knowledge of Contracts processes and procedures applicable to the Contract administration on Projects.
• Review correspondence to assure compliance with client, contractor and obligations/ requirements.
• INVOICE CONTROL AND PAYMENT - Preparation and certification of Contractor's Invoice including preparation of Payment Certificate starting from Advance Payment, if any, Progress Payment and Final Payment.
• MEETINGS - Organizing progress review meeting and coordination meetings including preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
• DOCUMENTATION AND FILING: Performed short-notice post-award activities often requiring action to support Field Engineering and Construction. Diligently ensured important documents and key correspondence were stored daily on Contracts server (including Infoworks) to preserve and maintain records.
