Maintaining the HSE policies and Managing all HSE reports and
submitting for approval to Client
Preparing project weekly, monthly Health and safety reports and
Submitting to Client.
Establish and maintain effective communications, co-ordination and
feedback systems
Evaluating the HSE performance of various CSC and contractors and
HSE personnel.

Ensuring that the contractor is taking and implementing the client
safety procedures & requirements
Conducting daily SOR and ensure that the contractor is taken the
necessary controls measures
Issue a site instruction for non compliance to the contractor
Conducting a weekly focus inspections on specific activities to
highlights the issues
Conducting a monthly audits at site according to the client
requirements
Reviewing the Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)
Conducting Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) on specific
activities
Reviewing the contractors HSE plan & Lifting plan

Developing measures to assure personnel safety.
Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.
Ensuring preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health
Plan (SSHP).
Support safety management to implement safety guidelines in the site
and ensure compliance in place.
