• Assisting and leading for the training development for all personnel in the department.
• Coordinate with the training partners for developing and scheduling trainings.
• Register the employees in ministry of human resource to be certified as safety practitioner/
professional.
• Updating the training matrix and coordinate with the training department.
• Maintain training records and performing annual review to identify the future training plans.
• Implementing the detailed, task level, day-to-day EH&S programs.
• Assist in developing and achieving area and organization EH&S goals.
• Participate in the EH&S, I/H, and reactive chemical related reviews and projects.
• Reviewing the near miss, BBP records and investigate them.
• Perform self-assessment and conduct plant audits.
• Perform PSSR with the project teams.
• Conduct RCI and communicate to the organization in weekly and monthly meetings.
• Responsible for plant KPI (leading and lagging indicators)
• Actively participate in the MOC process.
• Developing risk assessment and reviewing method statements.
• Reporting on a daily basis to plant production director and EHS Compliance manager.

•Implement safety policies and provide a safe workplace for all employees,
•Continue improve the plant’s safety, health and environmental performance,
•Report a daily, weekly, and monthly safety observations /Near miss/ incidents .
•Manage all aspects of the EH&S with all staff and management.
•Developing EHS regulatory and management system compliance.
•Providing and making a new programs in EHS to improve employees acts and conditions.
•Provide, training, mentoring, coaching and professional development opportunities to staff.
•Conduct a incident investigation process focused on, prevention, root cause analysis .

-Coordinating plant shutdown activity and routine prevention jobs .
-Follow up with support function in day to day activity.
-Coordinating of all maintenance activity according to the priority and the situation of the plant.
-Rise work Order by SAP system for the Maintenance requested by Operation.

Process Operator in PMDI/ISS Isocyanates. Commissioning, Start up, Shutdown.
Responsible for the operation of plant’s equipment.
Ensure safe and ecient operation of assigned plant areas.
