Lead efforts that strengthen the performance of NWC through the alignment of organizational culture, performance, leadership, employment brand, systems, and processes. Closely monitor and update OD-related materials by drafting or editing documents, such as the functional statements and positional structures. Update the job/position related information on the HC Information Systems platform to reflect changes in the organizational structure.

While working in the CEO’s Office, I supported project planning development and assisted in specializing project task work order control. My daily duties include monitoring project progress, data collection, and reporting tasks, in line with strategy and standards, guidelines and reporting requirements to ensure deliverables are progressing and to ensure quality of the end deliverables. I also ensured timely and accurate monthly reporting through the Project Management System PMS/ EPM and maintain up to date PM platform. In addition, I performed editing of letter, preparing reports and E-letter, and maintaining website.

As an Office Manager, I coordinated and oversaw general office facilities, administration, and procedures while providing dynamic cross-functional support to a high-performance team. I am appointed to develop the department’s operational plans and provide input for the budgeting process. I organized and supervised all administrative activities and worked closely with administrative support to maintain the VP's calendar up to date, meeting agenda, and correspondences. I also performed editing of letter, reporting, and coordinating Registration and Accreditation.
