• Developing Decision support tools, including all phases of development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, implementation, and support to the customer.

As Project Manager I was required to oversee multiple projects in the field of Data Mining (DM), Knowledge Management (KM).
• Responsibilities included planning, monitoring project, budgeting and resource allocation, for important customers such as STC, RCJY and CDSI.
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables in support of business requirements and works with senior leadership.
• Communicates with stakeholders project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership.

•Conducting Quality research to apply the quality procedures on the C.R.M.S. \[(Computerized Report and Management System)Data Base\] which is used mainly as a Business Intelligence system for Riyadh Municipality.
•Daily Supervision on the quality of the Data Base performance and contacting directly to the development team if there is any shortcoming in the data.
•Applying ''Sampling System'' by taking a random samples from the Data Base using ''Poisson Distribution''.
•Holding regular meetings with the Senior Project Manager and the development team weekly to approve the problems and solve them.
•Designing the Cause and Effect form for the System developers, to be able to trace back the sources that cause the system failure.
Achievement
• Reduce the error in the C.R.M.S. system by more than 80%.
•Working and leading Data Analysis and Business Intelligence systems for a 2 billion SR project.
•Applying advanced Forecasting using ARIMA model using SAS Base.
•Attending the meetings and giving technical advices about the analysis reports.
•Reporting daily to the General Manager about the projects performance.

• Conduct an Efficiency Research (achieved to reduce the cost by 25 millions out of 180 millions).
