Ensuring an effective allocation of the airport resources (check-in counters, arrival carousels and baggage chutes) and achieve their best optimization.as will as contributing in the compliance with the principles of the Safety; Quality, Environment and Complaint Management systems to provide high quality of services to airlines, partners and all related entities at the airport.
Provides full information to customers, tenants and partners about aircrafts, services, airlines, Ground handlers, QAIA airport, etc. Assists customers with providing information regarding surface transportation and services and attractions available in the City and the surrounding area. Answers all questions and inquiries of customers whether on phone or at the information desk. Listens to all complaints, suggestions and remarks from customers, tenants, and partners. Makes sure that safety/security and quality regulations are adhered to by all people /Entities present in the ARRIVALS public areas.

Brief :
Responsible for the pre-planning and actual allocation of Stands, Gates, Check-In Counter and baggage reclaim belts.
Monitor the actual operation and to perform needed changes to the planned allocation based on operational requirements and dynamic changes of the flight schedule data over the operational day as delays, aircraft changes etc. and Coordinate with Royal Jordanian and all the Ground Handling Service Providers on allocation requirements to optimize minimum connecting times and effective utilization of equipment and personnel.
Ensures compliance of machinery, vehicles and individuals with rules and movement instructions on apron and maneuvering areas. Carries daily controls and checks of the condition of the runways, taxiways, aprons and extinguishers. Takes appropriate actions regarding FOD, wild life hazards, holes, cracks in the concrete and leakage, lighting units, navigation aids, etc. Provides a safe environment to make sure that the necessary airport infrastructures and services are in place to enhance safe aircraft operation. Monitors and ensures the efficient operation of the airside through interaction with the customers (airlines, tenants) and governmental agencies.
