Working in Business Technology department in STC-IT.

In this department i'm responsible of Finance sector by receiving their IT requirements such: Yearly projects, Systems enhancement, Systems integration, Work flow systems development, Corporate Website development, internal website development, reporting requirements.
My job cycle is by receive requirements, Analyze it, Prepare design document, prepare time line, follow up with the development department, test systems, provide requirements.

• Projects achievements:
- SIMAH Manual Update: integrate STC’s black list system with SIMAH.
My role here was to understand the requirements, suggest and design the best procedure to link STC with SIMAH to delete STC customers from SIMAH Blacklist manually, prepare weekly report to the high management, act as the main point of contact between STC and SIMAH and manage the process between them, write testing scenarios, test the system, and close the project after accept the final testing.

- Integrate Costing System with billing system: Link these systems to map all national/international calls.
My role was to understand the need for these data, suggest the best procedure to deliver it using IT resources, plan the project time, and close the project after accept the final testing.

Also, I'm working in other management tasks/activities for higher management.
