• Responsibilities and duties:
- Working as R&D, Testing and automation engineer.
- Project engineer of strategic research and development of test equipment projects.
- Working on designing new testing site from scratch to test new and different products.
- Worked as a design, hardware and software engineer to develop the testing equipment racks to test the individual internal parts of the
products before assembly phase.
- Worked as testing and supporting engineer of field test equipment for NCMS and other companies’ products.
- Insure the quality of the tested products after each field test by analyzing the produced data.
- Automation and commissioning engineer for Al-Kharj plant projects.
- Knowledge in writing logics using LabView and Seimens PLC Step7.
- Participating in FAT and SAT procedures.
- Participating and managing the client kick off meetings and periodic meetings.
- Knowledge in high power electromagnetic measurements.
- Responsible on sensors and DAQ department stock (pressure, displacement, force, torque and temperature).
- Writing instructions and user manuals of our testing equipment racks to be provided to the customer.
• Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare detailed design deliverables like Instrument Block Diagram, Instrument Piping Details, Instrument Points and Lines, Instrument specification sheet, Instrument Installation Schedule and Instrument wiring diagram.
- Provide inputs to piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID).
- Participate in Client and Vendor discussions/ meetings.
- Plan, organize, monitor and control work within project teams and for individual personnel to meet stated project requirements.
- Ensure working procedures are followed and that compliance with relevant QA/QC systems is achieved
- Work within the international and Aramco standards
- Provide a weekly progress report to Training and Development Department.
