Job Description To serve as an opposite to the Production Manager in a 24-hour production situation and uphold expectations set by the Production Manager. Reports to Production Manager, Assists Production Manager and All Department Heads. Nature of Works handled :
-Calculateand evaluate Heat and Mass Balance Raw Grinding, Pyro process and Cement Grinding sections.
-Monitoringspecific power consumption on regular basis and make plan to achieve the target.
-Carrying out heat balance, Mass balance and air balance for optimizing the system and also handled the CCR operation.
-Successful performance test of VRM cement Mill( FLS OK Mills, Sinoma & Loesche Mills)
-Having the knowledge of SAP in PS module using in project work for indenting the materials and posting the daily reports
-As a process engineer looking over the refractory work, Refractory material receipts, commissioning of Cement mill (VRM) and commissioning of Coal mill (VRM)
-Having the knowledge of SAP in PS module using in project work for indenting the materials and posting the daily reports.
