- Prepare initial survey and layout like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of a project.
-Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary &
plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
-Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
-Managed project independently.
- Ensuring solution of HSE issues of construction site and works.
-Quality control, cost control and time management.
-Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
-Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibility:
• Survey of both new & existing structures & preparing survey reports.
• Supervise the soil testing contractor and collect design data.
• Consulting with the clients & preparing initial drawing for client’s approval.
• Coordinating with municipality for initial approval of the architectural drawings.
• After initial approval, taking necessary steps to get clearance for the utilities in the municipality system.
Job responsibility:
• Supervision of construction as per schedule.
• Ensuring construction work to be done according to structural design.
• Surveying of rooftop site for analysis.
• Joint draft visit with Client for selecting rooftop or Greenfield site.
• Tower acceptance tour.
• Tower inspection for solving vibration problem.
