Monitoring day-to-day van cash sales for various depots and clarifying In case of variances.
Guided and mentored the team In regard of balance confirmation/reconciliation.
Verified new customers/clients based on the provided guidance to ensure that documentation Is valid before starting Invoicing.
Validate and oversee the sales Incentive paid to cash customers and is aligned with the given budget.
Ensured Long Term Agreement Is finalized with our credit customers and updated on the system and aligned with the given time to avoid discrepancies.
Reviewed and resolve depots’ petty cash as per the company policy.
Allocate proper credit limit “Credit customers” and update the temporary credit invoicing for the sales team based on business needs.
Coordinate and communicate SOA to the customers on scheduled dates to have smooth monthly payments for our regional credit customers.
Collect cash and checks from all field sales representatives and van sales representatives.
Enters all accounts of daily collected money on SAP.
Prepares postdate check reports and returned checks reports.
Prepares doubtful and bad debts provision reports every month.
Analyze customer’s status and make sure that the assigned payment terms and credit limits are tallying.
Monitoring and reconciling our bank accounts, general ledgers, and customers confirmation/reconciliation based on our annual plan.
Managing Nescafe Dolce Gusto webshop.
Handles T&E payments for all staff.
Archiving and filing.
Duties:
Prepare the payroll.
Keep a record of all financial transactions.
Remind Customers of delay payments.
Manage all online services of Ministry of Labor and Social Development, General Organization For Social Insurance, Ministry of Interior (Absher) and what other services may my manager ask.
